This summer, new original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners enjoy REPA’s uninterrupted service in order management and original spare parts distribution.
Launched last summer for foodservice equipment manufacturer MBM, the brand has reconfirmed this service and is now joined by numerous leading OEMs from the foodservice and coffee sectors.
The service caters to the specific needs of each OEM that has chosen REPA — leveraging its network of highly automated fulfillment centers across Europe — to maintain uninterrupted service for the restaurants, cafeterias and ice cream shops that use their equipment.
REPA CEO Alexander Wiegand commented: At REPA we are convinced that offering customized solutions to our OEM partners is an important support to the manufacturers who have chosen to rely on us for the widespread and constant distribution of their original spare parts.” Wiegand adds: “Ensuring continuity of service, even during the quieter period when OEM operations are reduced but the customers’ demand remain high, is our way of showing our commitment to those who have chosen REPA as a true partner that can simplify their business.”
With several new partnership agreements and expansions into additional countries already this year, the service's success proves OEMs' growing interest in REPA's efficient distribution of original spare parts to speed up equipment uptime.
