Highly automated logistic centres around the world for a quick and efficient spare parts distribution

- At Host 2023, REPA and Parts Town teams met with over 1,200 industry professionals, including new visitors, customers and OEM partners, in 450-square-metres of exhibition space.
- During the five-day show, visitors had a chance to learn about the extensive global network and the partnerships currently in place with the market’s most important OEMs.
Automated logistics centres, OEM partner solutions, a global sales network, fully stocked, intuitive webshops and a highly-qualified customer care team: these are the high points of the REPA and Parts Town service, presented at Host 2023 by an international team that met with over 1,200 industry professionals, including new visitors, customers and OEM partners, in 450-square-metres of exhibition space.
Getting equipment repaired quickly is critical in maintaining service continuity, which is why REPA and Parts Town, the spare parts distribution leaders serving the foodservice, refrigeration, coffee, vending and home appliance market, have developed solutions that let you find and receive the right spare part, at the right time, every time. These include a comprehensive range of original spare parts always in stock, webshops with multiple search functions, advanced logistics, and expert technical support.
During the five-day show, visitors had a chance to learn about the extensive global network and the partnerships currently in place with the market’s most important OEMs, through the numerous touchscreens available. With all-in-one virtual reality headsets, they also explored the highly-automated distribution hubs in Cesena (Italy), Bergkirchen (Germany), Cannock (United Kingdom) and Addison, IL (USA), getting a first-hand glimpse of what spare parts distribution is all about.
