REPA and Parts Town at Host 2023

REPA, the leading spare parts distributor in Europe, and its parent company Parts Town, leader in the global distribution of original spare parts and components for the professional catering industry, will present new services and solutions to support the businesses of OEM partners and customers at the Host Milano event, the most important trade fair for the catering and hospitality industry.

As part of the event, the two companies will be open to visitors at their double stand in Pavilion 7, dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. and professional refrigeration sectors, with an additional presence in Pavilion 24, dedicated to the world of coffee and vending, in an booth experience characterized by innovation and interactivity.

Visitors will be able to explore the solutions for OEM partners and customers developed by REPA and Parts Town through LED walls and touchscreens: from end-to-end management of the 100% original spare parts range, to the reduction in storage costs, to the extensive and prompt distribution of spare parts thanks to a global distribution network.

A number of demo stations will allow visitors to discover the functions of multiple webshops, the online platforms dedicated to professional customers, such as repairers and service centres, which guarantee a fast, efficient search and purchasing service, minimising equipment downtime.

To experience the high technology standards of REPA and Parts Town up close, visitors will also be able to move around in a virtual space and, using all-in-one VR headsets, get a 360° view of the automated warehouses in Cesena (Italy), Bergkirchen (Germany), Cannock (UK) and Addison, IL (USA).
