REPA Iberia, the leading distributor of parts for equipment in the hospitality sector, has acquired Eunasa Group.
This acquisition represents the union of two of the best-known parts suppliers in the Spanish territory and represents an important milestone in the history of Eunasa and REPA, as it strengthens REPA's national and global presence in the aftermarket, optimizes stock availability and access to more OEMs, including European and US brands. Eunasa Group and REPA Iberia will continue to operate independently and from their respective branches, warehouses and offices.
Jordi Romagosa, Managing Director of REPA Iberia, will lead both companies, working closely with the existing REPA and Eunasa team, bringing together the best ideas to support their customers.
Jordi Romagosa comments: "It is an honor for us to announce this union. We bring together decades of experience, knowledge and passion. Eunasa Group and REPA Iberia both have a strong reputation for delivering excellence to their customers, and we will continue to do so: taking care of our OEM partners and our customers will remain at the core of our business. With the expertise of both companies we will further strengthen our market-leading OEM parts distribution footprint, adding value to both our manufacturing partners and our customers".
On the other hand, on a day-to-day basis, nothing will change for Eunasa and REPA customers. They will be able to place their orders with the two companies as before: on the web, by phone, by email or through other usual channels. They will continue to have the same contact persons they rely on: the customer service, technical support, sales and logistics teams, all highly qualified and experienced teams in the sector.
The union of the two companies will bring together the strengths of both companies and efforts will be focused on continuing to promote growth and innovation for the benefit of customers and manufacturing partners, offering them even more valuable services for their business. REPA will continue to innovate its processes to bring new technologies to the industry to make finding and purchasing spare parts faster and easier than ever before.
