REPA Italia supports Romagna with a donation to Cucine Popolari Cesena
REPA Italia is contributing to the complete resumption of activities of Cucine Popolari Cesena after the flood.

- REPA Italia supports the resumption of the activities and the homecoming of Cucine Popolari Cesena after the flood that hit Romagna in May 2023.
- This is part of a long-standing vocation for supporting local realities active in social work, shared by all of REPA and Parts Town, the American holding company of which REPA Italy has been a part since 2022.
REPA Italia, a leading company in the distribution of spare parts for catering, active for over forty years in Cesena (known to everyone until March 2023 as LF SpA), is contributing to the complete resumption of the activities of Cucine Popolari Cesena after the flood that severely hit Cesena and Romagna in May of this year, with a donation aimed at purchasing equipment and spare parts for the kitchen.
With a long-standing vocation for supporting local realities active in social work, shared by all of REPA and Parts Town, the American holding company of which REPA Italy has been a part since 2022, the Cesena-based company decided to support Cucine Popolari Cesena, a voluntary association that offers food and human relations to anyone in need, with a special focus on people in greater economic and social need.
The support was necessary because of the damage caused by the Savio river flooding on May 16 and 17 to the premises of the Opera Don Baronio Foundation that housed Cucine Popolari Cesena, which initially forced the association to suspend its activities and then temporarily find new accommodation.
"Convinced of the importance of supporting the territory in which our company operates and finding ourselves in the condition of being able to continue our activities despite the flood, we felt the need to express in a concrete way our closeness to a seriously damaged reality of the territory, active in social work and also in catering, in continuity with both our values and our core business," says Leonardo Raggi, CEO of REPA Italia and spokesperson for the entire group in supporting this important reality.
A Plus 10 UNOX combi oven, a KiPro gas pasta cooker and various kitchen accessories were purchased by REPA Italia from Adriatica Grandi Impianti Srl which provided free installation and an additional donation of spare parts to the Opera Don Baronio Foundation.
With this activity REPA Italia contributes to the homecoming of Cucine Popolari Cesena, sharing its spirit of support and welcome to those most in need, in the deepest tradition of Romagna.
