REPA Italia: a company proud of its women
A tribute to the women of REPA Italy, who contribute significantly to the company's success.
March 8, 2024
- REPA Italy represents an example of inclusive leadership, in which women have assumed prominent positions and contribute significantly to the company's success.
- The presence of a high number of women and a policy to ensure gender equality is one of the strengths that defines REPA Italy's corporate culture.
In this month of remembering the importance of the fight for women's rights, bringing attention to issues such as gender equality, REPA Italia is an example of inclusive leadership, where women have taken up prominent positions and contribute significantly to the company's success, but above all are welcomed and facilitated in reconciling work and family life.
While in our country many working mothers are forced to resign or change jobs due to the scarcity of daycare centers or the rigidity of work shifts, REPA Italy is committed to ensuring that this does not happen by offering hourly flexibility for all offices (and for most of them, smart working as well). Regarding part-time, the company provides work concessions even beyond three years after delivery, with the possibility of individual smart working contracts for an indefinite period. Clearly, none of this would have been possible without the CEO's vision.
As Leonardo Raggi, CEO of REPA Italia, confirms, "The presence of high number of women and a policy aimed at ensuring gender equality is one of the strengths that defines REPA Italia's corporate culture. The growth of women in leadership positions in our organization is therefore not accidental, but the result of policies aimed at ensuring equality of opportunity." Raggi adds, "In fact, the company promotes meritocracy, with no limitation for women to hold top positions, both at the REPA Italy level and at the international level, with the coordination of activities for the entire REPA group."
In REPA Italia we find women holding key roles in various departments, from operational management to strategic positions. Examples include Vice President Marketing, Group Director Sales Export extra EU, Group E-commerce Director, Group HR Coordinator and REPA Italia Head of HR, REPA Italia Head of Procurement, REPA Italia Team Leader Marketing, Public Relations Group Manager, and Data Management Team Lead OEM.
Why does REPA Italy value women so much? Women leadership is characterized by a more collaborative, empathetic, resilient and communication-oriented style. Women leaders not only help to dispel gender stereotypes, but more importantly, they inspire other women not to give up their careers and pursue their dreams and goals, with a clear and powerful message: it is possible to achieve professional success without having to give up their family and personal lives.
