- The app provides quicker access to the 2,3 millions of parts database, with improved functionalities like barcorde scanner, shipment tracking, exploded views and wish list.
REPA, Europe's leading distributor of spare parts for foodservice and refrigeration equipment, coffee and vending machines, and European division of Parts Town Unlimited, presents the new version of its REPA LF app, dedicated to professionals of the Italian, French and International markets.
The new version of the app makes it even easier for technicians and service centers to interact with REPA’s extensive inventory of parts.
Advanced Features for a Quicker Service
Make interventions in the field even smoother and maximize equipment uptime is one of the goals of REPA.
To this end, key features have been improved, such as the smart barcode search. This feature allows users to find and add a part to cart by scanning the barcode on the label with their camera, thus reducing manual entry errors. Additionally, technicians can track shipments in real time and add all the parts they need for recurring maintenance to wish lists. Moreover, the mobile experience for the over 434,000 exploded views has been improved to facilitate quicker identification of the correct part.
Users’ Favorite Functionalities, Always at Hand
The app continues to offer all the most appreciated functionalities from the previous version, including brand‑based search, manufacturer code lookup, product family search, dedicated sections for catalogues and gaskets, and more.
