- Members of the REPA Group are the German spare parts specialists GEV, the Italian companies LF and ATEL, the French leader EPGC and the UK branch CCS, that will continue work under their own brands and out of their local distribution centers.
The REPA Group has been acquired by Parts Town, the American leader in foodservice equipment parts distribution. Members of the REPA Group are the German spare parts specialists GEV, the Italian companies LF and ATEL, the French leader EPGC and the UK branch CCS. All of these companies will continue to work under their own brands and out of their local distribution centers.
The acquisition of the REPA Group by the PT Holdings Group of Companies is a strategic step to enhance the availability, delivery, and overall experience of finding and buying spare parts for both service companies and foodchains, as well as for commercial kitchens and customers around the world. The alliance will allow both the REPA
Group and the PT Holdings Group of companies to increase their joint spares offering, adding both new European and American brands to their joint spares portfolio. REPA, a European leader in the distribution of spare parts, will continue to operate across all markets with all local brands. All local webshops in the Group, will remain fully operational, with an extended spares offering for professional kitchens, coffee & vending and for refrigeration technology.
